Mmorpg / rpg Looking for?

I'm looking for a PC game that can be played with 4-6 friends. It shouldn't be Minecraft, Terraria, WoW. Not a warzone game either.
Already in the direction, long-term play together, maybe with housing, guild housing, build something together (please no ARK).
We're slowly running out of ideas about what we can play together xD
