Is Minecraft worthwhile?

I like to play Sims 4 but I wanted to get a new game! And I was thinking of Minecraft. Only I'm afraid that I do not like the game so much… And I often see on Youtube people who play in pairs, but makes the game alone fun? And is it worth it? I thank you in advance.

I think the game is great, I really liked it a few years ago.

However, I think it's more fun with friends than alone, I think. Would buy it anyway, the game is just a classic.

I have about 450 hours of play.

In my opinion, it's worth it. But only up to version 1.7.10. After that, only stupid updates came. In addition, the 1.7.10 has the biggest mod-support.

I would buy it myself. But just gossip a texture pack, otherwise it's a bit nasty in the eyes. And looks cooler too.

You load that down, ingame opens the options. There's a field with resource pack. There you go. Then there's a field down there on the left, where it says open folder. There you copy the pack in. And done.
