Hello I've had Minecraft for the PS4 for a long time, but I would also like to play it on the Switch.

Are the ps4 and the switch version not one and the same? Then you should actually be able to log into your account

Why do you expect that for Minecraft? Can you buy Skyrim on PS3 and play on Switch? Can you buy Witcher 3 on the PC and play on the switch? This is not possible with any game but with Minecraft it is always expected.
You have a lot of idea kappa. So when I wanted to play the windows 10 edition, I didn't have to buy it again because I already had the pocket edition and made accounts there.
I do not expect from any game that it is possible to play on any platform and only pay once, but I would still like to know before I pay 25 euro that would not be necessary.
And as @scaryle has already mentioned, it has so far been possible in other situations, why not in this case
