Although I record videos for my YT channel and notice that when moving the image kanz is pixelated and blurry. Who knows why that is? Have already tried everything.

For all those who have the same problem, the bitrate just keeps increasing. I now have mine instead of 7000 now on 30000 xD

You do not write if you use VBR or CBR. 10000 are also sufficient for CBR. VBR recognizes fast movements and variably sets the bit rate; if you have set 30000 VBR, the algorithm may allow such high bitrates. Does not mean that then the problems are resolved. You can set a minimum bitrate
