Minecraft yes, Witcher no. But please don't buy a finished PC. There are bad and outdated components inside this PC. Put together one of the money yourself, then you will have more performance and current components. Finished PCs are always bad.
No, too bad for The Witcher 3.
And your link doesn't work.
This one is infinitely better: https://hardwarerat.de/...ws-10?c=78
For minecraft yes. But witcher could be scarce with a GTX 950. I would rather get a computer with 950ti or 960 for witcher. But it should be playable at over 30fps. At least on low to medium.
Just as sufficient to meet the minimum requirements for The Witcher 3.
If you are supposed to pay more than € 200 for the PC, then stay away from it.
a comparable PC with 8GB RAM
You can get the components for a similarly powerful PC for less than € 350 new:

Well, the integrated Vega 11 graphics unit is a bit worse than the GTX 950 but the CPU is many times better and if you upgrade your PC with a used GTX 970 (about 70, - € if you're lucky), you can even upgrade your PC Most current titles play well in medium settings in Full HD.
