Buyer threatens with police / prosecutor?

What do you think he means first or does he just want to pull me off or can something happen to me? And this is 50 euro…

No, first of all, a citizen can't go to the prosecutor, it is not called a public prosecutor. If he can get a lawyer, it's unlikely anyone will do that for 50 euro.
