Nether update Minecraft?

I play minecraft on my phone and did the update. But the nether is just the same as before, because new pigs are zombies, otherwise everything is the same. Does anyone know why? With the things I can brown, the new blocks are also there

Look around. It also took me a while to find the new biomes because they are really rare. Just fly through the nether and you will find them soon

Did you create the world anew or is it old i could imagine that this will not be changed in old worlds

If you have an existing world, you need to get into chunks you haven't been to before.

The already explored Nether will not change anymore.

Otherwise, open up a new world, everything is new from the start.

In the bedrock edition the update will probably only come slowly and not all at once. Some functions, like the other updates, are missing in the bedrock edition

If you have loaded an existing world, the entire nether will not be changed.

All chunks that you have already loaded remain unchanged, for chunks that have never been loaded new biomes can be created.

At least I have not seen any change in already loaded chunks, in none of my worlds, but in others I have already discovered new biomes in the first chunks loaded for the first time.
