Minecraft Optifine crash on startup?

This error message appears every time I start Optifine…

Version: 1.16.5-Optifine_HD_U_G7

I have already uninstalled Minecraft but it didn't work… Until now I have never had problems with Optifine (in the 2 years) and downloaded it from the official website…

who can help?

It is possible that a shader was set that is not compatible with this version of OptiFine. That led to crashes for me at the time.

How did you get that away? Without getting involved with optifine

I got to the main menu. If it crashes before that, I would remove all shaders from the shader directory.

C: \ Users \ DeinUserAccount \ AppData \ Roaming \ .minecraft \ shaderpacks

My shader folder is now empty and still crashes…

Then it's not the shader, but something else.

Try deleting it and reinstalling it.
