Because you shouldn't write to people directly for every nonsense. There are already prepared solutions for most problems.

For example, bugs are reported on the official bug reporting page.

And it is very likely that they will also provide a solution to your problem or say what you have to do. We could link these to you if you tell us your request. Then you don't have to disturb the developers or the support team, they have much better things to do than talking to millions of users.
