I'm currently setting up a minecraft server with another one with my own modes. And we already have a well-frequented Discord server, so we thought we'd create a server.
We already have an idea for a mode, but since we both can't program and it would take too long to learn, we're looking for developers who can do that and want to help us.
Now my question is whether you know of Discord servers or sites where you have many devs who are interested in helping on a Mc Server and then implementing your ideas there? Do you know which ones or what would you do to find them?

I can recommend doing new projects, just chilling out with people on the Discord and making new friends. For example, I also came to my old group as a designer.
Yes, we did that and so, but we need developers to help us implement our projects
First of all, I mean simpler projects and thus building a community. There are also mostly more competent developers in there. Then you can take off fully.
Yes we have simple ideas and projects but we don't have a dev for it
