Can I transfer the Bedrock from my mobile phone to the PC?

I have Minecraft on my phone and want the Bedrock on my PC, but so does the Java. I have already installed this. I can't connect via Bluestacks because then I see that I have to buy the Bedrock again. I don't necessarily need Minecraft on my mobile phone.

Bedrock versions are also available for PCs in the Microsoft Store… I don't know what they are called, but my friend has one… I think Java is much better!
