Forge version at Nitrado too old?

I would like to install a newer forge version for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Nitrado only offers Forge 14.23.5.2768 but I need 14.23.5.2838.
How can I upload this version to Nitrado with their tutorials I'm not clear.
