Who knows where there are still good Minecraft developers in 2021?

I'm currently leading a roleplay project and would love to find a developer. I would even be willing to pay a certain amount because the project is very close to my heart. If anyone knows where to find them, I would be happy to receive feedback.

Sry, that this answer is more of a question but what kind of roleplay project is this? Unfortunately I don't think middle age due to the streets but can you tell me more (I might like to play plus I'm a builder ^^)
