Minecraft no update?

I got Minecraft windows Starter Collection from Microsoft's store using a code from amazon. Now I have version v16.201 but there's already 16.40 but no matter what I do I don't get a message and it is not shown in the store that there are updates. Strangely enough, I can't drag minecraft onto my desktop. Can somebody help?

If you meant the 1.16.200 version then this is the newest version before it was 1.16.100 and before that it was 1.16.40
