Minecraft Launcher says "Email address or password are invalid!" although I entered everything correctly and minecraft.net does not respond at all!

Connect the PC with USB / WLAN to your cell phone hotspot. You then have to register with it. After the registration process, you can switch back to your normal home network.

This happens if you log in too often or reset your password more often or if you violate the terms of use
You make a cell phone hotspot, which can be done via your charging cable or Wi-Fi.
Then you connect your PC or laptop to it and disconnect it from your home network.
When you are connected, you log in to the launcher. That should work.
If the registration was successful, you disconnect the cell phone and PC and reconnect to your home network. You can now play Minecraft online and offline.
You repeat this process every time you start the launcher. You can only register on the website using this method.
