When is the Cave and Cliff update coming out in Minecraft?

I was wondering when Minecraft 1.17 will finally be out does one of you know? The internet says summer 2021 everywhere. Do any of you know more about that?

And if it says "everywhere" why should / can we tell you something else?

You can't really know yet, as Mojang probably doesn't even know when they might be ready.

But you can already play snapshots that show nice changes

There's no exact date, but I guess July-August around.
