Graphics card and processor are not really being used?

In many games such as Hell let loose, Gta 5 and Minecraft my graphics card and processor are almost not used. That's why I have bad FPS which really bothers me.

My components are:

RTX 3070 Gamingpro oc

Ryzen 7 3800x

MSI B550 tomahawk.

GTA and MC are very CPU-heavy games, so the GPU is almost never fully used

I can't tell you anything about the other games, but Minecraft only uses one core. In addition, the graphics card is not so important in Minecraft as long as you don't use a shader. You can use a shader and, depending on the setting, your GPU will then be fully utilized.

With a vega 64 and a 10600kf in GTA I usually only have 60-80fps

I'm not very familiar with the games, but how do you define "bad FPS"?

With Minecraft several times drops to 40Fps and with Gta 50 go through to high settings. With Hell let loose I have 50 fps at medium settings.
