That will most likely not be possible. I advise buying a cheap GPU!
It depends on what you define as "reasonable".
The CPU is more important. For example, the Intel Celeron N4000 (which has a UHD600 graphics unit) is not that good and Minecraft can sometimes lag behind on the CPU side.
for me i have this gpu and i get in normal minecraft 60 and with optifine i get 80 and in lunar clein i get 120
