PC to replace notebook. Are 600 euro enough and are the selected components good and sufficient?

So after I have already opened two questions on this topic and still not ready to order a new PC or the required components, I will give you a little more detail here. I'm still looking for a PC up to a maximum of 600 euro, with which I can do the following:

Working, which for me means Office, Excel etc. And video cutting / rendering in FullHD / 4K and now and then for gaming from Minecraft, Forza Horizon 4 or Diablo 3.

I render videos with Filmora because this program is very resource-saving. A 6.5GB FHD video is rendered in 10-15 minutes with the Mi Notebooks and Filmora specified below.

What is important to me as an initial solution, so that I can upgrade / convert later:

at least 16GB of storage
Good GraKa
Wi-Fi (essential because I don't have a LAN connection in my office and the next router is 2 rooms further in the living room) What is the best solution for this?
Videos should be rendered quickly (similar to the above)
I would also like to be able to add or change components later.
Housing must be included. No matter whether clean or with LED components with windows
If a monitor were included, it would be nice. But is not a must.

I'm currently working with 3 notebooks, or I have 3 notebooks with which I work from time to time.

Two Xiaomi Mi notebooks from 2019 with the following components:

16GB RAM
512GB NVMe SSD
i7-8550U Octa-core CPU
Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620 GraKa

One of the notebooks also has a NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GraKa with 2GB.

When I'm on the go, I use a RedmiBook 14 with the following components:

16GB RAM
512GB NVMe SSD
AMD Ryzen 7 3700U
AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics card

With all 3 notebooks I can do the above wonderfully and without problems.

Now we come to what I've been looking for with the help of some community members.

That would be an option for me: https://www.mindfactory.de/...0d7ba0c338

That would be another option for me:

If need be, I would have adapted a basic gaming PC.

https://www.systemtreff.de/Basic-Gaming-PC-AMD-Ryzen-5-3400G-4x42GHz-16-GB-DDR4-2666Mhz-AMD-RX-Vega-11-Core-4GB-256GB-SSD

Instead of the specified components, I would have it installed:

Asus Prime B450-PLUS - AM4 socket
Ryzen 7 2700X - 8x 3.7GHz (Turbo 4.3GHz) 16MB L3 cache AM4 or Ryzen 5 3600
Be Quiet! Pure Rock processor cooler
16GB DDR4 2666 MHz (2x 8GB - Dual Channel)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
500Watt Xilence XP500 Performance C power supply - XN052 or equivalent power supply

If you have other suggestions or can show me where I can improve something, always bring it with me.

Thank you in advance.

SSD S-ATA III 256GB
Asus DVD RW + - S-ATA 24x drive / burner

Ja

Almost everything is fine, but how do your notebooks cut / render the video in FullHD / 4K? => "With all 3 notebooks I can do the above wonderfully and without problems."
Forget the NVIDIA GraKa with 4 GB!

Still best wishes!

There's no burner in your Mindfactory shopping carts, is that correct? If it comes in addition, you have to count about 15, - € on it.

In principle there's nothing to say against your two shopping baskets, because of the M2 SSD I would rather advise you to do the first one.

However, if the price is important, you can save a little on the case, power supply and CPU fan. Although the boxed fan is not so bad with AMD, you could omit it if you are not overclocking (but then your system is not particularly quiet).

By saving on the above components, you could also choose a slightly larger SSD:

A test report on the power supply can be found at https://www.computerbase.de/2017-09/80plus-gold-netzteil-test-corsair-xilence/, I think the Xilence Performance X is definitely worth considering if you can plan for a larger SSD. Xilence is also a brand name of Listan, which also owns the BeQuiet brand.

The system meeting PCs prefer to forget and also the NVIDIA 1650 with 4GB, even if it is really fast to the Rx 570 but with 4GB is somehow castrated, then rather a GTX 1060 with 6GB if you get that for the course.

The two things from Mindfactory do not give each other much. Systemtreff's has a good processor, but slow RAM, poor power supply and a weak graphics card.

That is the question. I use Filmora, which does not consume resources like Vegas for example.

Maybe it's because. But FHD and 4K are not a problem. Cut and rendered a 10GB FHD video earlier. Rendering took 20 minutes. But it works. I can play Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.

Ryzen 1 + 2 needs 3000cl16 - 3200cl14

ryzen 3 and 4? Needs 3200cl14 - 3733

I can possibly get the GTX 1060 cheaper.

I'm not worried about the SSD right now. 256 or 240 are enough for me, because I can upgrade them later through one of my clients or I ask Crucial directly. I got my current one from them.

With the Mindfactory things there's no burner, because you don't need them anymore these days. It has been part of the system meeting computer from the start.

I would like to have everything from a dealer so that everything arrives immediately.

You mean the Ryzen in offer 1 and 2?

Ryzen 1000 + 2000

ryzen 3000 + 4000

The GTX 1060 would be a very good alternative, which is definitely faster than the RX 570 and comes close to an Rx 580.

Forget the system meeting PC. For the Mindfactory PCs (I can recommend No. 1), prefer a Be Quiet cooler, the Arctic is relatively loud and difficult to assemble.

WLAN doesn't have to be, you can try dLAN. A Devolo starter kit comes to around 120 euro. This is a much better solution.

ou

Thank you for your answer. And I don't have exactly these 120 euro. Later, yes, but not in the next one or two months.

Do I have to do anything with the cooler?

A pure rock is sufficient.
