How can I download shader in minecraft?

If I choose a shader on the Internet and then throw it into the folder, I still don't have it. How does that work?

Choose the version you need, then go into MC, look for the "shader" option in the settings, of course, then click on "open folder" or something below and drag the downloaded file into it. Should be a WinRAR file if you have WinRAR.

But where is the folder shader
