I've had that often before that I've been looking for a game for a couple of weeks or just a lot of games, then not so much and then I'm just watching YouTube videos for this game until I'm not even playing ea. This was Minecraft's now, Fallout 4, FS 17 and Black Ops 3. I can only get back to GTA 5 but it's also my fav game. Whenever I want to play one of these games again it's like a gut feeling that says no and then I lose any motivation to play this game. Does anyone experience the same or does anyone know why?
That's the way you deal with one thing so intensely over several weeks.
You can refer to many things. I also have some things at the university that are very, very, very interesting to me and once I'm in the subject matter and read over several weeks, I quickly get tired of the topic, although it is quite exciting and interesting.
This is in my opinion in the nature of things.
Often it is in games (in my case) that if I already know the game or all items, skills, etc. Then I have no more desire for the game, even if I've explored the world, for example, only 10%. So, for example, these 3D platformers are not for me. Mostly you can only jump or occasionally shoot and that's it. If I know the game mechanics and deeper content, I do not care about the world anytime, because I find the whole game quite dreary.
It's the same with Minecraft.
At some point you just know everything. What should surprise you? The 20th Dragon you kill? That's just like that. At some point, everything repeats itself or becomes monotonous, because there are too few turns.
I know what you mean but for me it has been right up to Fallout 4. So already 10-20 hours but I knew by far not all about the game. And at GTA Online, I can already say some cutscenes (have 38 days in the game)
The bottom line is that we always lose interest in something if it does not give us what we need.
I think games like GTA and Assassin's Creed are always chilled. On the other hand shooter sometime are boring because they are turn-based and because so extreme freaks are online.
