I downloaded Minecraft Windows 10 Edition a few weeks ago, but everything is always red when I open the app. Today I tried again - I just gave up after waiting 30 minutes and am hoping for a solution here. Restarting the Qpp does not help. In my opinion, nothing will change when you reinstall it, because everything was red during the test version on the PC. I have also read through some questions on this page from other people who have the same problem, but I did not find a solution there either, nor on some pages that list Minecraft problems and suggest solutions.
Oh yeah, earlier I tried clicking where I suspect the buttons - there were the normal sounds you hear in Minecraft when you click something. However, everything is still red.

Your problem is very rare (never heard of anything like this).
The best thing to do is to contact Mojang Support or reinstall the game.
