You can build automatic farms, etc. Or just kind of recreate buildings from movies and stuff (I gave Hogwarts built xD)
Automate everything! I often run out of ideas in minecraft soo then I always write myself a list of things that I still really want to do in the world, which always helps me extremely! Otherwise just build everything even nicer or build a city or something
