Minecraft lays despite 140fps, why?

I once again felt like playing Minecraft again after a long time, until I realized that when I go into the game I get every second despite over 140 fps small jerks, I have all the settings on / fast but the problem still exists.
I also assigned 6gb Ram to Minecraft…

Minecraft lays despite 140fps, why

I have no idea what to do and need help.
Thank you.

My setup (which may be relevant):
i5 7400 3Ghz
RX 580 8gb
2x 6GB DDR4 RAM 2400Mhz

The 140 fps are unnecessary if you do not happen to play with 144hz by accident. The higher the FPS the more unstable these too. The smallest things can then mean collapses.

Therefore, it would even run with liquid 50 vll. Then it stays constant at 50.

Also, you can see that you have not set 140 but either 200 or unlimited, which is totally unnecessary. You do not really take more than 144 fps with your eyes anyway

You can try to cap your FPS to 60.

You can try it without Optifine. This is not really necessary in your setup.

Could also server be stuttering, then you can't do anything.

Also possible the 6gb just too much Ram is for Vanilla, which can lead to stuttering. 3-4gb are enough.

So I personally never VSync or a fps limit could do, as some suggest here, here are a few other suggestions that might help:

If you've been laying MC on your PC for a while, it might help to reinstall it (of course, make a backup of it).
If it does not come in the single player to the jerks, it is on the server.
Then I would try with and without Optifine and if necessary use another Optifine version.
In addition, you can still compare whether vllt. Assigning less RAM helps.

Then, of course, standard stuff like updating drivers (I've often helped) and possibly updating Java.

Oh, and this debug profile that you activated in F3 pulls fps as far as I know, but I'm just unsure.

It did not work without Optifine.
