"Better" is not one, it is completely the same.
The only difference is: do you want to run it with a launcher or as a Windows app?
I prefer it as an app, i.e. Microsoft Store.
At some point you can start it from the normal Minecraft launcher (there's currently an extra launcher for this), and then it may not work with the Microsoft Store version.
I myself chewed it on Minecraft.net. I was then directed to the MS Store and had to log in again to be able to buy it. Got an extra launcher. So I guess there will be no difference there.
In Launcher I only want it if the Bedrock Edition is coming to the Launcher soon and is displayed above the Java Edition and you can hide the Java Edition
