How can I only execute a command in minecraft when both pressure plates are activated?

I wanted to build a construction in minecraft that only when both players are standing on their printing plate a command is carried out, but I have no idea how I would do it best would be happy for suggestions.

As you can see in the picture, the piston only becomes active when both levers are activated.

Lever = pressure plate, piston = command.
