Pillager always in my base (minecraft)?

With me there are always 2-3 pillagers in the base (where a wall is actually built around it) or they just run outside. But there's no outpost or anything near me. Does anyone else have that? Why is that?

But I don't nen get a raid every time because I have my own village.

Are so-called Patrols, they just spawn there.
