Yes, it is. However, it is a bit more complicated than on the Java version.
Just follow this tutorial here. It shows you where the folder in which the maps are saved is.

if you're still playing the Windows 10 version, you should update it. It has been replaced by the uniform Bedrock edition (for all end devices).
You can simply download maps from the Marketplace, but it costs you a little. There are also free maps / texture packs / add-ons but they are not that good.
