There's minecraft windiws version and windows 10 version, can i also play with the normal windows version on windows 10? And can I play online with it?
There's no normal Windows 10 version.
There's the Java Edition and the stripped down Windows 10 version.
(Slimmed down in terms of number of servers, mods, texture packs)
The two games are separate, so you can't play on the Windows 10 version via the Java version.
There are only a few servers under the Windows 10 version, since the majority of the official servers are only available under the Java version.
The same applies to mods, texture packs and skins.
I recommend the Java version because it is much more practical. With the Java version you can easily use mods and download maps from the internet and play on them. The Java version has many more functions.

There's the Java Edition (for Windows, Linux and Mac), and there's the Windows 10 Edition (= Bedrock Edition, i.e. The same as on the cell phone).
