I can no longer sign in to my Minecraft account?

I have logged out of minecraft and when I want to log in again it only says: We couldn't log you into your microsoft account.Access to your realms, profiles and marketplace items is restricted, please try again later. Error code: Glowstone

A possible solution that I was able to find on the fly:

You have to be logged into the Xbox Console Companion app with your Microsoft account. In the app, for example, you can access the Xbox community and see the successes in your Xbox games.

If you are logged in here, you should then be able to log in to Minecraft again.
