For my PC I need a Fm2+ socket processor. I use it to play Sims 1 - 4 and other games like Project Cars, Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, etc.
but i don't know which one is good so i can play my games with it. I ask for help

It depends on what you currently have, but there's not much you can get out of there. The base is pretty old.

AM4 or 1200, but it doesn't matter because you need almost everything new anyway (board, CPU & RAM in any case, new platform need DDR4). In the best case, also a graphics card, there are a few acceptable APUs with AM4 (e.g. The 3400G), with Intel you would have to wait for the 11th Gen / Rocket Lake S, which will appear soon, they will have quite strong IGPs.
Where did you get the board without a CPU from? If you already have a CPU for it, why do you want to swap it? (And which one is the current one?)

Well, the GPU doesn't really matter until Sims 3, I'm not sure about SIMS 4 right now.

Possible and also inexpensive when needed… Athlon x4 840.
Plus a GTX1050ti graphics card. More is not worth it.
Jo but Project Cars or even Fortnite is no fun with an HD630.
