The single core performance is not really good now but A bit better than the Fx-8350.

Just save on the complete upgrade. A Ryzen 3 2200G plus motherboard and 8GB DDR4 costs ~ 200 euro, but I would at least go to 16GB. With 250 euro you should get there.
