My little brother likes to play Minecraft on his laptop for his life. For some months, however, he can't log in anymore! According to the page, his password would be wrong and it would have to be reset. We have tried this several times, but still he does not get in the game.
Does anyone have any advice?
He does not want to make a new account because he has already built up too much!
Do you want to reset password on mojang.com? Or on minecraft.net otherwise contact vllt Mojang or Minecraft record, I do not remember exactly, because Microsoft yes Minecraft has bought, but a try is worth it.
If the much constructed (as I suspect) singleplayer worlds meant, no matter which account you use. At least as long as you do not uninstall the game. The worlds are always stored in Minecraft aufm computer. If it is aufm server in the TS support say and say plot or similar transfer.
Everything already tried: /
I do not know so well because my brother hires everything for me and so (if there are problems)
With him it was so that he did not come in because he had somehow sent his data somebody and this then hacked him so I have not too new info but better than no answer
You could possibly also call or write minecraft customer support
Mhh vllt on de.namemc.com let's see if the name has been changed, if so you can assume that he was deducted.
Thanks for the answer!
In no case did he pass on the data and we wrote an email to support, but nothing came back
I do not know all that well, but he always played with his friends in a world (or something) together. I think that it is not a single player.
Then it was a server I think. Ask him how he does it, if it is hosted on a website. Then the accounts do not matter. Same even if the friend is hosting the world. Conclusion: Account does not really matter if it is not a public server. If it is a server, look for support in TeamSpeak, they will help you.
Thank you, let's try it!
I just think of one more thing. Do you log in with the username? Because a problem I always had, and that's damn stupid: You have to enter his username his email.
Thank you. I'll address him directly tomorrow!
We have already tried it with both username and email address. Did not go both
OK. I'll have a look maybe I'm still something to what it could be.
My brother said it was an app he downloaded to the laptop
