Minecraft crashes when I play Minecraft and share my screen on Discord. What can I do / why is that?

I share my screen when I play Mc on Discord with my friends but since recently Mc keeps crashing. I don't know why and how I can prevent it.

Your PC may be overloaded and because Minecraft requires a lot of RAM it may crash. Screenshare also takes up a lot of RAM. Discord also accesses Minecraft. This can also overwhelm MC and it crashes afterwards.
