Java can't be installed?

The following: I would like to download Optifine and a few shaders for Minecraft, which means I logically need Optifne first… I started the download and then wanted to run it with Java SE * and so on *. Now a window that says "Java installation not complete" says that Java could not be installed. Below that is the following:
