Minecraft Java no longer on PC?

I bought Minecraft Java 2 months ago. Unfortunately I didn't know that I couldn't play on the version with my friends (ipad, etc.), so I bought the other version in the Microsoft Store.
The Java Edition is somehow no longer on my PC, why?
and how can i get it back on my pc? (I bought the Java Edition directly from the Minecraft website.
