How can I use IMG2Text?

Strange question, but I'm trying a small Minecraft hack client. (Please don't flame why I'm doing that)

I need a specific command that a YouTuber showed in a video.

But this is relatively complicated / annoying to type (at least I think).

Is there software that does this well and reliably?
