No, because Microsoft wants to cash in twice. The Win 10 version is just a cheap copy of the original version, where you can do more nonsense because of a reasonable launcher and folder structure.
Both versions run on your PC. The Windows 10 version needs less power, but also has fewer options. With that you can also play with Minecraft PE. The normal version can do more, it also costs more. But you can play better on servers. I have both and find the normal better.
