Join Minecraft PE realm not working due to data protection?

I wanted to accept the invitation to a realm in Minecraft Pocket Edition. But then came the announcement that I first have to change something in my data protection. So on aka.ms/accounettings I tried to set this up for a while now. But without success. Who knows about it and can help me?
