Minecraft zombie villagers cure?

So I found a cursed village, found a zombie villager, locked him up and secured him. Now he would offer me sharpness V. If I deal with him, can I just tear off the lectern and does he offer something else or is it fixed? And if it is firm, would you recommend me Sharpness V or should I rather grind to Mending or Protection 4? I mean, theoretically, I could get a zombie villager and cure him as well. And last question: could I infect this villager with a zombie, cure it again and then he would do new business? Would be cool if someone explained it to me.

Once you have traded with him, his offer is firm and can no longer change. The only thing that can still change are the prices.

I would recommend Mending as a first enchantment. You can get everything else in the enchantment table.

The best thing to do is to get another villager later, pair them up, and then you can also get any book you want.

Even if you infect and heal the villager again, he will keep his trade. Of course, this will be cheaper.

Nope, it doesn't.

Just wanted to note that once you have two you can just infinitely pair Villager and then you'll have one for every book. You can of course cure them individually.

Oh and one last question: Do zombie villagers despawn? Because I locked one up and he didn't despawn (not yet secured) because I know that zombies despawn without nametages (even in the dark) but is it different with the zombie village village?

Naturally spawned zombie villagers can despawn.

But if it was a villager before that was killed by a zombie - I'm not sure. Don't believe the despawns then, but it's a relatively new feature.

However, I would recommend that you definitely take Sharpness V with you. If you put this on a slide sword, I don't want to get in your way. I once had hotness V on my own Bedwars server and… It doesn't matter.
