Mojang account to Microsoft?

I want to buy the Minecraft Java Edition today. But not with a Microsoft account, but with a Mojang account because Badlion etc. Only work with a Mojang account. How can I migrate my Mojang account to Microsoft when the time comes? Does that happen from alliene or do I have to do it myself.
