Microsoft (Skype account) deleted - Mojang too?

I recently deleted my Microsoft account because I never use it on this email address. No, there was a Skype account registered at the same address, which I no longer need and was on the superfluous stuff. Now I remember that I opened my Mojang (Minecraft) account also via this address. I read, Mojang owns Microsoft-will this also delete my Mc account?
