Minecraft Scroll Wheel Id?

I want to change my "used" button to my scroll wheel in minecraft, unfortunately you can't do that in the controls settings, that's why I went to options.txt (https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Options.txt#Removed_options) because I wanted to change the function used to my scroll wheel, but unfortunately I know I don't have the scroll wheel id, is there one at all and if so which one or can you do it differently?

I think it's impossible to change the controls in Minecraft.
