Minecraft: How to find buildings in a blank map?

Hi, is there a possibility buildings somewhere z.b. -100 10 100000 in an empty map (without blocks) to find again? Through any programs or something?

You have not written that it is the 1.8. The order is only available since 1.12 or 1.13

That will not do. At most, if you've built at your spawn point, you can / kill or kill yourself, then you spawn again.
