Build a big AutoFarm system, I always like to do that. You can, for example, build car farms for grain, sugar cane, carrots, potatoes, cocoa beans, and so on. This is quite expensive from the materials, but brings you a lot in the game and saves you time. Maybe a big farm for animals, stables for horses, track systems to get into different biomes (also very expensive, but fun).
