4 GB is quite a bit.
I recommend the rx580 8gb which only costs 30 euro more on Mindfactory or Alternate and has much more power (Fortnite highest settings with approx. 50 to 80 fps)
I'm not sure if the card is not so dated / too slow when the 8GB becomes crucial that it makes no difference. But it is certainly a good option.
With FullHD with a 570, 4 GB are damn little, for a 580 there are not enough.
Of course, it also depends on the game.
At the price, there's already a much better RX 570 8GB. The RX 560 is not really worth it.
