Minecraft windows 10 edition still for free?

I recently saw an old tutorial that showed that Minecraft windows 10 edition is free if you have the java edition. Unfortunately it did not work for me: the code that you need to purchase the windows 10 edition was not displayed. Is it still working and if so can someone send me the link to a new tutorial?

Yes its working today, you need only to go on mojang.com and log on with your Minecraft Java Account, then you see there a Button Windows 10 Edition Claim your Free Copy. Click this and follow these indructions.
