I'm considering buying a new screen and had also considered buying a https://geizhals.de/...at&hloc=de monitor. But now I'm not sure whether I could even use the monitor with its potential or whether I should buy a https://geizhals.de/...at&hloc=de.
Would play games like Rocket League, Minecraft, and Valorant on the screen. Do the games support 21: 9 and would that be of any use?

Yes you can but would rather take 16: 9
