Can you put sheep in a boat in Minecraft, if so, how?
As far as I know, you place the boat close to it and the sheep sits in the boat almost by itself… As with all Mobs xD

Place the boat next to the sheep and push the sheep in.
So with Java Edition…

You can put everything in boats, including iron golems, zombies, spiders. So sheep too. For a monster to go into a boat, it simply has to walk over a boat and then it sits in it. As a defense, a boat is also good, but not permanent. You can make a ring of boats around your base so that everyone borders on one another. If a monster or animal runs over it, it sits in the boat and can't get out until you kill it.
It works in the Bedrock too.
