Avast has detected external opus service as a virus. When I googled that, something came out with Minecraft and Labymod, which I just started.
Can someone tell me what this is all about?

It could be a false positive.
Avast (wouldn't use it because of privacy concerns) should actually show you where the malware / error ID is, i.e. In which folder.
LabyMod is not malware, have you loaded any fake hacked client or for example "GrieferGames Beta Launcher"?
No, only have Labymod. And that from the official side too.
It was said that this file was infected.
